Start of Week 9
OL +2 for time passing (Riverwatch raised) OL buys 1 Event Treachery -15, Alric moves to Thelsvan Highway, Merric places a siege token on Dawnsmoor and Eliza moves to Dawnsmoor.

CONQUEST TOKENS: Heroes: 66, OL: 24/89; Total: 155, 45 conquest until Silver level

Heroes Train in Tamalir. Landrec was at 2 healed to full at the temple. Grey Ker got Inner Fire, Runewitch got a silver dice, and Tahlia picked up 2 potions to get ready for the Lieutenant battle coming up.

Week 10
OL +2 for time passing, OL Buys 1 Trap Treachery -10. Merric and Eliza give 2 more siege tokens (will roll for raise next week). Alric moves to Tamalir from Thelsvan Highway to attack the heroes, Alric flees, but not after destroying a Staff of the Grave with Crushing Blow, and doing a few wounds to the heroes. Heroes got 250 for Alric Fleeing.

Then they took a train action in Tamalir again taking the chance of letting the OL have a crack at destroying Dawnsmoor. The reasoning was that they still needed potions and were low on wounds.

Week 11
OL +2, Trap Treachery -10, roll for raze, got it. Move Alric to Bitter Downs, Eliza and Merric to Blackwing Swamp. Heroes elect to battle against Eliza first at the Marshy Valley. She ends up fleeing. As the OL, I tried to just get a kill or whittle them down. I didn’t end up killing anyone, but I severely wounded Landrec. Tahlia killed a master monster and they gained an additional 325 for Eliza Fleeing.
Heroes attack Merric at the same location, but the encounter level is Narrow Path. First things first, Monsters are placed in trees, the heroes do their normal jump into trees spot. Landrec dies shortly thereafter with a curse token [+3-1DF]. OL had a decision what to do about Tahlia, because she has been pretty much untouchable with 5 armor. So the OL chose to blow up her Platemail, to make it easier to get a kill on her. It was that or the Bone Blade, but she had a Dragontooth Hammer in her backpack. Grey Ker follows Landrec in death [+3-1DF], then with a running Tahlia trying to leave, the OL finishes off the 2 base armor Tahlia [+4-1DF].

We ended the night there. The heroes felt that they did well making 2 lt.’s flee. I felt good as the OL, as I destroyed Dawnsmoor, blew up 2 items with Crushing Blow and had a total party kill with Merric.

Our first ever Lieutenant battle and we end up doing 3 in 1 night, yay.
