Are the rules to the Family edition available online? If not, what are the differences between W&W: Family and the 2nd Edition?

They are quite different. W&W Family is much simpler. You can pretty much get all of the rules from the description on the W&W Family page, but I will upload the rules to the file section right now.

I also uploaded these JPG files of the rules when I submitted the game in February:

Anyhow, the rules should be available in the file section as soon as it is approved.
