I was curious about the differences in GameWorks and Asmodee versions of this game.

Are both translated to English?

My understanding is that Asmodee distributes exactly the GameWorks version in the U.S., it doesn't even have an Asmodee stamp or anything. GameWorks makes their own rulebooks in English + French + German.
