What's happened to this one in the UK distribution?
The subsequent two chapter packs seem to be out and available, but this one has sank without trace. What's going on?

Don't quote me on this, but I think it's because there was a delay to the shipment with Song of Silence in it. This threw off Esdevium's release schedule, and I think they just forgot about it... It might be worth contacting them to find out what's going on.
