I have not played Batavia yet, but as soon as I get an answer from you guys, I think I will be ready to go! When exactly do the cards get flushed when the prates attack, at the end of the player turn that triggered the attack or at the end of the round after all player's turns?

At the end of the player turn that triggered the attack.
