Can blocks be kept off the map in ports on the fleet/port display sheet?
(Hiding the location of the French transports, English expeditions, English frigates and Spanish gold.)

Since replacement frigates start in ports, can they enter ports? - and if so, if all frigates in a weather zone are in port when a storm hits, would they be immune to the storm effects? (1 lost frigate in storm zone.)

Block may be kept off the map, but when "Counting Masts" the presence of transports and expeditions must be declared. Spanish Gold does not have to be declared in port.

Frigates may enter ports. They are safe from bad weather in ports.

Thanks - we had only been declaring the presence of expeditions or transports and gold, if spotted, but not when counting masts - now we will.

But paragraph 13.5 doesn't say anything about necessity to tell about transport or expedition while paragraph 14.0 says that when a fleet/frigate conduct a succesful search then you have to tell everything as in count mast procedure PLUS if either British Expedition, French Transport or Spanish Gold is present.
