In my current game a question has come up regarding leader activation triggered by events.

I played the "King Takes Command" card. This brings in 2B units to Montgomery and allows a Protest.

1) Can the CR player use MLK's tactics rating for the protest?

2) If yes, would this count as a leader activation so that the next activation of the leader would cost 2 OPs?

3) What if other leaders are already in the city activated by the event? Can the player choose which leader to use for the "event initiated" protest?

1. Yes.

2. Yes.

3. No because the event represents them leading the protest, so you have to use their rating.

I'll assume that goes for Rosa Parks as well if MLK is already in Montgomery (only +2 to the event activated protest, not +2 for Rosa and +2 for MLK as well?).

Yes she gets a +2 all by herself. But remember there is a -1 for an A protest for the political climate.
