My friend and I finished a game with each of us having 2 pieces totaling 9 squares. We couldn't find rules to declare a winner in this situation. I went first. Do tiebreaker rules exist?
There's only a tiebreaker in case players manage to play all their tiles. (Then placing your singleton last means you beat someone who didn't place their singleton last.)
