So I picked up Giants when it was first released, and had the headdress problem. I emailed the customer service for replacements, but receives nothing. A few months later I geek mailed matagot asking fo replacements again and they said they would send some. That was July 2009 and was the last correspondence I had with them. Nothing ever came.
Fast forward to today, march 23rd, 2011. Guess what shows up in my mail box...
Replacement headdresses!!! Very strange! But glad to finally have them.
