Any chance you will eventually do Army and Corps badges? I bet Third Army for one would be popular.

I'd like to see the 42 division patch.

It's a 1/2 rainbow as the New York National Guard unit was known as the 'Rainbow' division since it had so many different nationalities in the unit. It is a 1/2 rainbow since half the division was lost in WWI.

I thought it was nicknamed the "Rainbow Division" because one brigade (two regiments) was from the North and the other brigade (two regiments) was from the South.

According to their unit history, the specially selected National Guard units comprising the division came from 26 different states and the District of Columbia.

There is a Third Army badge already: http://www.boardgamegeek.com/microbadge/11165
but maybe we can make others, First and Seventh Army maybe?

Going to have to find the geekgold somehow for that 32nd Division badge, though by my time it was the 32nd Separate Infantry Brigade. A brigade with a division's history...

I didn't forget
That's a tough one, I tried a few versions but they all end up looking too much like a SHAEF patch, will keep working on it.

If I have to make a call, Ranger Scroll (1) looks better to me.

What all are those Infantryman and Rangers gonna do now that thousands of fat-ass tankers are taking over post?
Are there even enough vehicles to carry them everywhere?

Tankers aren't 'taking over' Fort Benning ... the Infantry school is allowing them to join them at their home.

OD green jungle boots and a black beret (before they were handed out) was all I ever wanted.

B. Marsh, how would it be different from a "75th Ranger Regiment" microbadge?
If it is just the text on the little scroll I don't think we'll even be able to see something that small.
If you want the rollover text as: "3rd Battalion 75th Rangers", with the same scroll image, I don't think they'll approve it, too similar.

Any suggestions?

By the way, do you want some geekgold in order to purchase one of these microbadges?

TC, I guess you are right, as long as the rollover text indicated 3rd Battalion.

I really have no problem with your US military microbadges. But somehow I wonder if a boardgaming page really needs those...
