The rulebook says a crepe can be successfully cooked with the stove set a 0. However, the crepe tokens show a valid heat range of 1-6, not 0-6. Which is correct?

Our group surmised the crepe's range of 1-6 is correct, because it's more realistic. However, this interpretation poses a problem. If on your first turn cooking a crepe you roll a coffee cup, your stove will stay at 0 and you can't finish your crepe that turn, even if you successfully flip it. We then decided to allow action 2 and 3 to be used if necessary to get to a heat greater than 0. Once that happens, then the standard crepe turn of roll once, flip twice would kick in.

My 2009 Moskito edition came with 0-6 tokens, exactly the same ones depicted in the rulebook. The tokens had changed in the later editions and in the Dessert expansion too, but it looks like they forgot to update the rulebook accordingly. Since the new tokens changed to clarify that completing crepes can't give any stars, I'd guess the printed 1-6 heat range officially overrides the rulebook and the previous editions.
