...that I owned as a young child. It would have been produced in the mid 60s.
The theme was dogs. I vaguely recall moving around a board collecting largish (2 inch / 5 cm) cardboard circles. Each circle had a light blue background & a picture of different breeds of dog. I think one token had Snoopy? It had a red background.
I have no memory of the instructions/goals. We probably NEVER played it by the actual rules anyway.
I checked the geek database. Nothing with the word "Snoopy" in the title was produced around that time frame.
Any help would be appreciated

Have you checked these 2? They don't really match your description apart from having Snoopy in them and were produced in the 60's.
