Hello,
If I have the rigthmost kontor established in a Green City, and then someone establish a route (with that city at one end), does I score a point like I usually do with a normal city?

Having the rightmost kontor is simply the tie breaker in determining who controls a city. Having the most kontors (i.e. you have more than any one other person in that city) is what establishes control.
The city's controller scores 1 point when an adjacent route is claimed.

That's true... bad wording... but those the fact of owning the majority of kontor in a green city still provide the point, or those the green city have a particular status, because according to the rule, they seem to be taking in consideration only for the network of contor, and the prestige point at the end (2 points for the control of the city).
There is no mention in the rule, if who control the city receive the point when someone establish a route.
