1. Rules do not strictly forbid to attack with units which were agents earlier this turn and are now plain units. Am I right?
2. Are units invading the defeated region considered to be moved for the purpose of attacking with them the second time?

I've just found the answer to the second question and it is "yes" according to http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/400906/attacking-from-conque....

I would like to clarify the first question. I'm talking about situation when during the battle in the region where there is an agent all enemy units are destroyed and no units were moved to the defeated region.

Another related question is whether it is allowed to move units to the region conquered with a previous logistic action? It looks like rules do not forbid to.

You're still allowed to move units to regions in which units have moved, just not from them. Not sure about the agent question. I'd say no because that opens up the options for a double attack move which every other rule in the game seems explicitly trying to prevent. Nice catch though, there's a lot of rules that aren't entirely clear. I'm surprised I'm not seeing more people asking about the card combination possibilities.
