I bought this game to my niece. We have played it twice, 4p and 2p. Both time there was a moment, when the catching up player couldn't really catch up. So I thought, why not try to balance it?

I didn't yet tried it, but how about rule:
if you chose a card with no forward movement and you're not the leading player, you can trash all but one holds and move that many spaces instead of playing the card.

What's your opinion? I'm thinking of trying that out.
