I think they probably felt that "Modern Art: The Non-Auction Card Game" was a little awkward, which is why they shouldn't have used the same art and modified name in the first card version, but changed the art and the name (to Master's Gallery) from the beginning. Unfortunately, the iOS version continues the confusion, rather than going with the better named Master's Gallery version. Nevertheless, it is really fun and my favorite iOS game.
