no expansion is planned.
Well - I cannot resist to mention that there exists an expansion called "The Secrets of the Cosmic League".
I do not want to give away any details (it is secret after all  ) since it is yet unsure if it will ever get published. Do not expect anything for at least a year from now.
Maybe PR will loose its charm till then (you know: all these new games ).

Do you refer to the "expansion" - or just the basic game?
Anyway - I ordered your "The Resistance" now - I already had it on my radar and after reading the game entry again, well, I could not "resist"

Well I've never played an expansion for it, so I guess I mean the base game! My girlfriend and I are really enjoying it. It's fun jumping between planets, and we really like the clever way of moving and flipping goods. The way they are reduced during the game is really cool.
It seems that there are two ways the landscape of the game is always changing: different goods in different places, and increasing technologies for both players. It actually feels like an overall decline (of goods) and growth (of tech) that makes for a satisfying "story" of the game.

My daughter just opened "The Resistance" (6 years old) - she doesn't understand anything about it, but I had to open it NOW ("Papa, Papa, machst Du jetzt das Paket auf? Ist da ein Spiel drin? Was für ein Spiel? Wie geht das? Machst Du jetzt das Paket auf?! ...")
It definitely looks interesting - hopefully I'll find the time soon to actually play it.
