Jolly Roger Games will be publishing Free at Last.
The only issue is when, though the latest date for it will be Origins 2012.
The intent is for Free at Last to be in a package the same style as the other CDG we produce (Founding Fathers). Though final art will not be available for some time, preorders will be possible once we get to August. At this time, I have no idea of a final MSRP for the game.
All I know is that I am excited to have Free at Last become part of the JRG product line.

Jim, a couple of suggestions I would like to offer if at all possible were to give the game a nice mounted board, have cards that are thicker than the ones that come with Founding Fathers, incorporate blocks like one player did with there edition here:

and lastly provide some alternate history presidential candidates like Nelson Rockefeller, Bobby Kennedy, and the like. All these may bring up the price but many of us would have no problem paying it.

No--I intend to do this solely by 'traditional' preorder. There are other reasons for that and how I hope to market the game.

As for cards, etc--I expect the game to be at least of equal quality of component as the last several JRG games (Founding Fathers, Surf's Up, etc) The only thing that I know for sure--it'll be in the same size box as Founding Fathers.
