Alright first off I'm an 18 year old student with very little extra cash however every so often I treat myself to a new board game. Sometime next week I'll be makeing my journey into the big city to visit my usual game store and my choice will be this......Junta viva el presidente or zombie state diplomacy of the dead. Which is a better buy. I usually have three or four people playing games at my house about once a week we love mall of horrors and betrayal at house on the hill. However the recent favourit is Are you the traitor. Anyways anyones thoughts would be great. (I also posted this on the Junta page)

ZS is a much different game then Mall or Betrayal... I feel ZS hits the world wide Z-apocalypse very well. It relies on a high luck factor, when all your research is dice based. The game can be brutal as well, which I don't mind it gives a sense of impending doom. My biggest complaint of ZS is the swings in the game, there is the brutal crushing force of the on coming zombie onslaught and then the game hits a low point and is a bit of a waiting game as you contain the hordes and try to fight back hoping against a bad roll.

It sounds like I don't like it, but I enjoy playing it and recommend it. Its just bloody brutal with high reliance on luck...

I've never played Junta, I believe there is a high playing interaction in that game.

Regardless what you buy, enjoy the game!

Game on!

Mall of Horror,
Starcraft,
Age of Empires III,
Alien Frontiers,
Dixit, and of course
Zombie State.

You can check out my collection so you can see what other games I have and see why these are my top games.

Just thought I'd thank you for your input in the end my friend and I split the cost and got both. I love them!
