1. When a ritual completes, do you slide the remaining ones on its right leftwards to fill the hole? Or does the next ritual to be drawn go in that empty space?

2. The new movement rule is that you role dice, then set aside any you won't use in order to rest. One of the rituals says that if you roll 3 or more dice, you take one exhaustion. Another says that you roll 2 fewer dice. So, if both rituals are in play, and you are totally healthy, you roll 3 dice, take one exhaustion, then decide if you want to rest? If you are wounded, you simply roll two dice and take no exhaustion?

1. That's what we do. That way they stay in the order drawn with the oldest one to the left.

2. I've never run into this, but that is how I would interpret the situation. Remember that you choose to pick "rest" die after you roll your dice, so any effects based on the number of dice you roll will be based on the number you rolled before choosing rest dice.
