When you activate this building, you take one loan and 6 non-steel goods. My question is, do you also get the money from the loan? Or do you just take the loan card? It seems stupidly powerful if you get the money also.

I'm not CERTAIN, but I'm GUESSING you're right.

You get six non-steel goods and the DEBT part of a loan, not the francs.


EDIT: Yeah, Ponton's description in the Building FAQ seems to agree with that interpretation. Specifically the statement, "With the Entry fee, you are effectively paying 6 francs to get six different goods"
