Ok I understand that if there are two players with the longest sequence are tied, the one with the better sequence gets first pick, etc.

My question is, what if there was 1 player who had the longest. And then there are two other players with dice on the building, but both of these players' dice are tied (=number of dice)? The longest was 4 dice, the two tied sequences are 3 dice each. Which player gets to choose next, if at all? (this is a 4 player game too btw)

In the rules it mentions about ties with the longest sequence, but mentions nothing about ties among the dice under the longest.

Highest number is always better.

Quote:
Ties: if more than once sequence is tied with the most dice,
the better sequence among them is the one with the highest
number.
Examples: 5-4-3-2 is better than 4-3-2-1; 6-5-4 is better than
5-4-3).

It should be broken the same way a tie for first is: the higher valued sequence gets the pick. It's best not to even think of it as a tie, really. Sets are valued by the number of dice they contain, and then by the value of the dice in the set. The same holds true for the Castrum.
