I have played this game once. It was at my local gaming store. When I played they had us play with a house rule:
Whenver one of your people are tossed into the volcano, you must scream!
This made the game even more fun!

I also make a point to flail my arms in the air as I scream. The more drama the better!

When we play we ussually use the screams and, when the Omen cards are played we also do some silly staff like crying things like "Cthulhu is awaking, penitenciatice fratelli!!!" :D
