The basic rules seem quite OK, remind me a lot of a lock and load type system, and I like the point buying aspect of the armies a lot.
What does the expanded rulebook offer, and is it worth getting hold of?

It offers the introduction of enfilade fire, grazing fire, some changes for airplane battle, 3" hexes, new stacking limit (3 per army, but still one vehicle) and platoons but platoons are later removed from the game so you will have to ignore it.
