If you haven't played Ultimate Werewolf, you're missing out on the best version of werewolf ever!!!

Up until the release of Ultimate Werewolf Artifacts, I'll be posting a new "card of the week" each week from the deck.
The Blood of the Diseased sounds really bad. I mean, who wants to be diseased, right? It turns out that you do. The Blood of the Diseased doesn't protect the recipient of this Artifact's effect, but it certainly will dissuade someone from killing them. That's because killing someone with disease causes the killing group to have to skip a day with no kill after the diseased is killed.
For instance, if you're Diseased, and the werewolves eat you, the following night they are too sick to eat anyone else. If you're diseased and you're lynched, the village won't be able to lynch anyone the following day.
So...let's say a werewolf is diseased, and everyone knows it. What do you do? Well, hopefully you have a witch or an artifact that allows you to kill that player in some other way. Otherwise you'll need to suck it up and kill off that werewolf during the day, realizing that this essentially gives the werewolves a free kill.
The Blood of the Diseased can also be used by the village to protect a valued member, like the Seer. The Seer will still probably be killed by werewolves, but when it happens the village will get a night free from werewolves the following night.
The Blood of the Diseased raises the stakes for players, adding a significant new strategy to Ultimate Werewolf: Ultimate Edition games.
