It appears to be a little known fact that some versions of the game came with a duplicate sheet of cards thus you were missing 15 cards yet had a duplicate of 15 cards you didn't need for the game. Back in the day (1986) I contacted Games Workshop and although they could not, or would not, send a corrected sheet they did send me a fax of the cards that were missing. Playing the game has always been painstaking in that I had to take the cards that were wrong and wrote a number on them and then you would have to refer to the fax for the correct text.

With the recent request for an Artscow deck to replace the cards that came with the game, and the need to always want a correct deck to play with myself, I made 2 decks for the came to replace all. I just received the decks in the mail and am very happy with them and was about to place them on the Arts Cow Card Set geeklist when I noticed the cards, when viewed in the Artscow gallery, look like crap - mainly the text is all messed up. I can verify the decks came out beautiful as I am holding them in my hands now but hope to figure out why the text came out so bad in the gallery view before I post on how to get a set for yourself. In the meantime you can view a sample of each in my gallery and hopefully I'll have this little mystery figured out and post soon. Unfortunate because they are running a sale today and tomorrow 20% off and free postage.

The irony of it all is that between placing my order and receiving the cards I was given a copy of the game and now have a complete set anyway. I am still glad I made them as they did come out real nice and I would rather play with these newer cards.

I'd think twice about posting an ArtsCow deck for those cards if I were you. Games Workshop is very aggressive about protecting their intellectual property. I know this game is more than 20 years out of print, but all such content was deleted from this site after a cease and desist order from GW's lawyers - see here. They could ruin your day.

Ditto what Sphere said. GW were complete wankers about anything that even sniffed like somethings they'd sat on once. Some player aids of mine were pulled that didn't even use any original artwork from the game.

However from a purely academic perspective, please do PM me with any progress you might make with this ....from a very theoretical view point of course.
