Can I throw away cards without any effect? Sometimes my hand gets clogged with cards that I can't use because the condition for it is not in effect at that moment and never will again. Thanks
If memory serves, rules specifically say you cannot simply discard cards (which can definitely cause problems if you are playing the Spanish and get caught with those timed ones after the time has passed).
