I wonder that the driller starts in lower zone blue, but the x-action shows a blue (and red) arrow. Is this correct?
It would be harder and more interesting if he starts in zone white.

The zone blue start is correct. I think it's still a hard enough threat. The damage thing rarely matters because you don't usually take damage until later, so in practice he pretty much always ends in zone white after X no matter where you'd start him.
