Hi guys, the box that I got stated that it's for 3-10 players, but it seems like this game is only for 5 players, is it that for 10 players, we're expected to have team play?
Thanks!

I think so. OTOH, If you have dry erase boards from Wits and Wager or Say Anything, you can use those, or just pads of paper. Likewise, you should be able to scare up some tokens from other games. I'm pretty sure they tried to keep the price low. W&WF and Say Anything are each $15 on Amazon. Pretty good price for an indie game!

3 to 5 players/teams. I keep holding out hope for an expansion for 6 players and more questions.

Thanks for answering. This is a great game, but the box is definitely misleading when it says it's for 3-10 players but expect people to team up

I'm sorry that it seems misleading. There are many party games that people play in teams (Pictionary, Cranium, Taboo, Charades, Times Up, Password, etc).
Most people enjoy W&W more when played in teams. So we want to emphasize that people should play the game in teams. That's why the word "team" is in the rules 11 times, starting with the second sentence: "Play individually, or divide into teams."
I'm happy to change the wording on the box if you can come up with something that will be less misleading. I just want to make sure that people looking for a large group game do not rule out W&W Family based upon the packaging, when the experience is actually better for large groups.
In case you think we were trying to be misleading, I want to point out that the contents are clearly written on the back of the box, and the picture shows 5 pens and 5 answer boards.

It's not going to happen in the near future.
Email (Dominic at NothStarGames.com) and I'll send you a specially created answer board just for you and your family. It'll be a little bit ghetto, because I'll have to make it out of components from our other games, but hopefully that'll add to the charm!

Hi Dominic, thanks for the reply. I am already thankful with what you said. No need to send me extra set. Your reply really shows how much you care about the product. Really appreciated.
I understand why you decided to put 3-10 players now.. it's really not easy to communicate that message well yet still let people think a lot of people can enjoy together. One idea I have is to use "3-5 teams" instead of "3-10 players" which is really what you meant. Or 3-10 players with a "*" beside it to explain somewhere on the box.
At least this way people will not buy the game seeing it's 3-10 playesr then find out it's really meant for team base.

3 - 5 teams is not a bad idea. I'll throw it around the office and see what people say. Thanks for the suggestion.
