I think he's talking about print and play tracks. There are more custom tracks than official ones, if you know where to look.

I have somebody write here that he opens up the tracks in paint and tiles them there.
You can also find commercial programs that spilt files on the net if you search for them.

You should search for "page cut" or similar and then the format you want to tile.

There are few on the web. Haven't worked with them but have seen them. I use InDesign by Adobe. Works great. Course you have to have the program which is expensive. A good PDF split program is:

Seems to work well. Free trial but the purchase price is only about $15.00 so not too bad.

If the track is a PDF, you can do it right in the print options (in Reader), under Page Scaling:

"Tile Large Pages Applies tiling to pages that are larger than the selected paper size at the specified scale. These pages are mapped to multiple sheets of paper. If this option is selected, you can also specify settings for Tile Scale, Overlap, Cut Marks, and Labels."

I've done this and set a bit of overlap so you can cut and glue to a foam board and get a seamless result.
