is this ground support deck 1 or combine air support deck 1??

No official FAQ yet but the majority of folks seem to be using the "combined air support deck 1", Although I personally haven't play tested it with both decks folks on the TOI FFG forums say that the ground support deck 1 is almost useless for this scenario whilst the combined air support deck 1 works well.
