Question about Special Ops, Pheromones, and mixed resolution | Zombie State: Diplomacy of the Dead

We were playing the other night when a rules question came up;

Suppose a territory has 5 zombies in it. A player has 3 tanks. The player spends 1 Freedom Point to activate Special Ops, making one tank a 3 on offense. The player spends 1 Freedom Point to give the same tank Pheromones. Then, using the free movement from Mobilization, the player moves all his tanks into the territory with the 5 zombies. At the end of this action, how many tanks and zombies are left in the territory?
