Battle Line introduced tactic cards to Schotten-Totten, and to avoid problems the Battle Line deck has 10 cards in each suit. But now I own the 2004 ediion of Schotten-Totten with the tactic cards as well - and each color has only 9 cards which seems to be not enough in extreme conditions.

So we have 54 cards and 9 stones. Say 7 stones have 6-6 cards placed at them (It's not very unusual that there are 3 cards on both sides of a stone). The eighth stone has 8 cards as the 'mud' tactic card was used. The players also used two tactic cards to place two cards of their opponent's to the side. They are at 4-4 stones won and both of them has only 1 card in their hands, and possibly tactic cards that they can't use. So what happens then?
