Yes, there are many cosmetical differences:
- Different ostrich meeples (the ones from the german edition look nice in my opinion, more like ostriches).
- In the first edition, the special powers are printed on cards. The german edition includes tokens for them.
- Reworked artwork on the racing track tiles. German edition looks a bit more colorful and has some more details.
