The Living Rules have been updated. Biggest chance is a correction to the Day of Battle rules, which allow 5 and 6 round battles to take place.

Changes in 10-10-11 living rules:
Day of Battle chart extended to include 5 and 6 round battles (see http://talk.consimworld.com/WebX?14@890.6mcXcJmyPp3.42@.1dd1...).
Clarifications:
Removed obsolete references concerning repair capability at raided ports, since ports no longer lose repair capability due to raids.
Clarified order of allocate manpower vs. repair ships (players may do these in any order they desire).
Added " The highest ranking admiral present must accompany the larger section of the fleet" when splitting off damaged ships after combat (applies to Allies also).
Misc. spelling and grammar corrections.
