I wanted to share with you my latest creation.
Battlefield printed on "Banner" textile
I'm so lucky that I have access to a large format printer on work, so I decided to make my own BGFW Battlefield. I went online and found an A4 sized piece of a grassy battlefield on http://www.3d-digital-wasteland.com/bgfw/index.html (I also downloaded some houses and stuff from the same webpage.) A colleague of me helped me to stitch them together on the computer so that I got a 30x36 inch file, added some thin lines to mark the Deployment Zones, and voila, ready to print. Printed it out on a 235 g/m² 100% polyester, matte, wrinkle-free, flame retardant banner textile.
Here you see the finished product ready for play
Here set up to play a scenario from the "Scenario Book"

Watch out for the cows
All in all I'm pleased with the final product. Only disadvantage I see is that it has to be rolled together for transport, and thereby taking a lot of space. The best thing would have been to get it printed on a thin fabric like the Battlemap for Dreadfleet, then you could fold it and put it in a box.

I drew mine on a length of green baize in pencil. I have no idea where I got the green baize from, I hope I didn't leave someone's snooker table naked

Even if you do get a copy on thin fabric, I don't recommend folding it - creases are hell on this game, the cards have no weight to press them down, and overlaps aren't allowed.

That looks great! I keep intending on going to a fabric store to buy some green cloth but I haven't yet.

I want! I WANT!! If the surface is dry erase then it is 100% win. Is there any way I can commission one?
