This situation came up today:
My GF had already used a plantery action on her turn. Her second action was buying the tech card "Orbital station".
After she bought it she was convinced that she could use the action immediately to load a container. I think she can't because buying the tech card already used her 2nd plantery action. Who is right? Thanks in advance
