So, I don't understand all of the things this does.
It can destroy
- Base - this is pretty clear, you have to be in the area containing the base
- Workers - again, the workers that are on the resource card
but what thell is
- Installation? Where are they put? Are they for examples modules/buildings? How do I destroy an installation?

Installations are things other then bases and units that are placed in an area on a planet. An example is the protoss warpgate.

Ok. Thanks
Seemed a little overpowered to be able to destroy an opponents Gateways or Starport.

So, anyone that would care to elaborate on which these are?

Installations are placed on board by playing appropriate leadership cards. The only exception is an zerg Infested Command Center (gained if you bought technology + won a battle in area with Terran base and your Queen).

Only Tassadar and Overmind can gain other installations than Infested Command Center:
- Warpgate (can teleport units from area with that to single empty/friendly area, end of each Regrouping Phase)
- Overmind (+1CP at the start of each Regrouping Phase)
- Cerebrate Daggoth (+1 order at the start of each Planning Phase)

Infested Command Center is required to build Infested Terrans (only on the same planet but you don't have to have a regular base there).
