Would anyone like to play a game here on this forum? There is a Vassal module available ( http://boardgamegeek.com/thread/504692/vassal-at-the-gates-o...), so I figure it wouldn't be too hard. The game seems moderately well-suited to forum play -- not the best, but definitely not the worst.

I'd be happy to run the first game in the hope that someone would run another game in which I could play. I ran a Dungeon Lords PBF game before and I think this won't be harder.

As one of my favorite games I wouldn't mind playing. I've also modded quite a few Battlestar Galactica games. Are you planning on using Vassal and having a screen shot for the board?

If I ran one it would most likely be text based.

I was just thinking of a way you wouldn't really need a mod...

If everyone was familiar with Google.docs you could color the text and the cell the same color when someone needs cards they take those off the top and put them into their own word file or something and delete those cards from the draw pile and allow the next player to draw their 4 cards. And if we wanted to be extra careful each player could just shuffle before drawing the top 4 cards.

Anyways not ideal but if it's just us two we could play that way.

Cool. I'd rather play with at least 3, so let's see who else wants to play. If we wait a while and get only 1 other person, who can try it without a mod.

I'd be willing to give this a try. Be advised, though, that I've yet to play this game in real multiplayer (so far only 2 solo test games with 3 and 4 "players").
