If a province is already at war between two players and a third player moves in to the conflict. How are losses done? Do all three players fight?
If the losses are figured by the opponent as stated in the rules how is it divided up if they can't agree who takes the hit?

The active player can decide which of his troops will fight which opponent. He may only choose 1 opponent without fighting the others at all. This way it is possible, for instance, that 2 players form an alliance against the leader without harming each other.
