Dwarves trump Amazons, since most Dwarves have "Tackle" which negates the Amazon "Dodge"
To a lesser extent they trump other "dodge" teams {Skaven, elf}
So is there a team which trumps Dwarves to the same extent they trump Amazons, etc...?

Really once you get more experienced teams there really isn't any trump team as you have a broader set of skills on your players to work with, but I would say the speed teams tend to be the trump even if their dodge is taken away. The Dwarf game is based on grinding the clock... if the other guy can consistently score in two turns on you and you know its going to take you at least 4 you're at a disadvantage.

Speed, claws, leap and AG4. You can say even with AG4 they can get unlucky but it took my sure-hands runner 4 turns to pick up a ball in good weather once (6 failed 3+ rolls in a row) so that works both ways.

My dwarf team ended up losing to an Undead team in the finals (killed the same mummy twice and injured him once). Undead attrition goes at half the speed of the dwarves (in general) and they have stronger guys.

Early on Orcs because they are faster, almost equally tough and stronger (4 black orcs + troll).
Later in the League Chaos becomes a very big problem due to Claws and high strength.

But they can be beaten by any team that takes maximun advantage of their main weakness: lack of speed and not very maneuvrable at all.

As been said the tactical advantages of diffrent teams can be played differently. Elf teams have a bigger chance to score against Dwarfs but bigger chance to be punched into a puddle.

Personally I think that dark elf teams with 4 blitzers have a rather good chance to negate Dwarfs. It might demand a lucky roll on a blitz or a dodge but when broken through the backfield is open for the pass play.

I am sure other teams can do it too.
