Hello all,
As you know by using sleeves you can create and print your own RTFG Expansion set. A few people have started that on the net. Here are my prefered ones, in a printable mode!
All those ones are part of my own set of RTFG and I use them on all my games. I did change some, when I felt rebalancing was needed after play test.
Cheers,

VOXEN EXPANSION SET - MODIFIED for BOW
Hello, this is the printable version of Voxen expansion set, modified for BOW.
Voxen created everything. I modified a few cards to adapt it for BOW. (Yes with paint, the quality is definitely lower.)
Please see this link for rule details. http://www.boardgamegeek.com/geeklist/66275/my-rftg-expansio...
I will of course remove everything if Voxen requests me to.
You can download the printable version here:
Voxen Expansion - BOW - Printable
List of cards that I changed for BOW use.
-Alien nemesis: now comes with a prestige. -Imperium uplift detention: IV is one prestige can be converted in 3 cards. -Path of peace: Gain one prestige when using III power. + worth 2 VP per card that gives negative military power. -Rebel raiders: III one prestige gives you a -3 reduction. -Terraforming laser: V one prestige can allow you to take 3 cards. -Terraforming specialist: prestige instead of destiny. Only Non-Military world gives you prestige. -Terraforming syndicate: now comes with a prestige -Terraforming monopoly: gain one prestige after placing a world. -Peaceful Alien Emissary: Gain one prestige when producing. -Peaceful Uplift Architect: Gain one Prestige when placing a chromosome.

Matt Kearse - Mini Custom Expansion Set.
17 New cards from Matt Kearse:
Here is the original link http://www.boardgamegeek.com/thread/631746/custom-mini-expan...
I will remove links if Matt Kearse request it.
Very well balanced overall. Well thought thematically, those are a wonderful addition to RFTG.
I'm so used to them now that I wonder where they are when playing with Keldon AI ;-)

And here's the URL for lone third-party cards begging to be aggregated into a complete expansion:

Promising cards from the latter seem to be, in no particular order:
- Imperium Martial Law. madvulcan. - Galactic Center for Learning. madvulcan. - Planet Processor. Tom Scutt. - Deep-Space Telescope Array. Wade D. - Interstellar Gateway Network. Mark Slater. - Rapid Deployment Forces. Tommy Rikberg. - Magrathea. Russell Howell. (Probably only with rebalanced cost, however.)
Thanks for your dauntless compilation efforts, pompom. I couldn't help but notice your frequent posts on the Voxen expansion page concerning his replacement of the Prestige mechanic with Destiny and your reversion of the latter to the former. Since I never play without "Brink of War," these changes are greatly appreciated.
However, several posters in that same thread note many of the Voxen cards to be underpowered. While I'd certainly rather that than the converse, I'm concerned that introducing underpowered cards into the decidedly overpowered "Brink of War" environment will increase the game's already high variance. What are your thoughts, pompom? Is the Voxen-pompom set underpowered? Overpowered? Just right?
I also couldn't help but notice your posts in the Matt Kearse thread: specifically, that you graphically rebalanced his Barren World Subsidies and Rebel Alien Uplift Survivors cards. Both strike me as sensible changes, particularly the latter: free prestige each round merely for having more of a certain card type is clearly broken. Prestige introduces enough variance as is. Would you mind uploading your changes when you get the chance?
Incidentally, has anyone concocted an Artscow share of one or more fan expansions? The BGG RtfG community now appears to have collected enough fairly well-playtested and -balanced fan cards to make this worthwhile. Tragically, I myself am too lazy to embark on this laborious adventure.

Hello, many thanks for your encouragement.
I spent a good amount of time collecting the card, changing a few stuff after playtest, and printing, cutting and putting it to sleeve.
Happy to share until the scissors part ;-)

I saw them but didn't like the concept too much, I didn't add them to my set.
Quote: - Planet Processor. Tom Scutt.
Really like the concept, but nobody played it as clearly overpriced. I changed the price/VP to 2/1 recently, but it still wasn't plyed in my last 2 games ;-( I think it will be played with more time, and that the pricing is good now.

Great Idea as Mr Lehmann had it as well! But Deep-Space Telescope Array is useless in BOW, plenty of card have that new Explore power.
Same for the second one, it feel to much the same compared to an existing BOW card.

Voxen deserves all the credit, and entranced always provided quality feedback. I understand your feelings, BOW is great and a few geeks like us are looking for some more on the top of it.

I believe Voxen cards where indeed underpowered for BOW, but now with the rebalance I feel they are really perfect and add a lot to the game.
I will continue to use those card at every "real" games (I play roughly 3/4 games a week with real people, much more with Keldon). I think I'm still likely to change a few card.
Voxen expansion adds it share of bland cards, but obviously, as in the main game, they can't all be exciting. You need those. But some are really cool. Here is a list of my prefered ones:
-The 3 peaceful worlds, magnificent idea. Be careful of takeovers strats though ;-) -The new starting world are superb. -Rebel champion is great. -Imperium citadel -the 3 terraformer, TF strategies are revived.

Working on it now for Matt Kearse and others. VOXEN expansion revisited for BOW is now available
