which resource cards i must draw? | Zombie State: Diplomacy of the Dead

in the resource phase the resource cards that i can draw follow the resource icon present in the producible regions ?

ex: i've 2 producible regions only, one with a food icon and one with fuel icon, than i draw one resource card of food and one of fuel .. or i can draw 2 cards of my choise ?

You only get the resource shown in the region. During the resource phase you draw a card for each resource shown in all the regions you control and nothing more.
