Just a question that came up in one of our games that we found tough to resolve; Do the Clan of Saar's space docks get a +1 to movement with the High Alert Token? My gut feeling was no, as they don't seem to be considered ships, and the Warfare card specifies +1 movement and attack for ships only. Would be great if anyone can clarify this/prove that I was right and the other player was wrong.

This is correct. The fact that the space docks are not ships also means that Flank Speed and Gravity Drive do not work either.

I wouldn't be too hard on him, this is another strange caveat that is the halmark of TI's inconsistent ruleset.

Keep in mind that both Antimass Deflectors as well as Manouvering Jets apply to Saar Space Docks, so there's a precedent for Gravity Drive to work with them as well.
