2-seal card | Royal Palace

Can you split the 2 seals given by that card over two different "purchases" in phase 4, using one seal for one tile and the other seal for the next tile?

For instance, I want to buy two [1 turquoise + 1 purple] tiles and I only have 2 purple seals. Then I would use the card to get 2 turquoise seals, one for each tile.

Yes, I believe this is legal. The cards simply say "you have X more seals available", not that they are tied to one purchase.
