- Thugs now have a Dig of 1 and a Draw of 1

The idea with both of those changes was to ensure that players have more choice. Rather than getting the Thugs card and assuming that you HAVE to go all-in for the Skirmish, I wanted to give players some flexibility. Similar thought process on the Saboteur.

While I like the new artwork, I sure am glad that I have the original printing. IMO there wasn't a lot that needed to be changed.
