I need to know if you have two melds of the same number such as 10 10 10 and another meld of 10 10 10 if you can join them together to be able to use a 10 in a run.

I'm guessing this is regarding Canasta? Someone might be able to answer in this forum but check out the Canasta page. Each game has forums that are specific to it, and there is a rules forum as well. The question may have already been answered.

If it is Rummikub, there are only four suits so you will have to find something to do with one more ten if you put them together.

As stated above, find the right game (use search at the top) and there will be a forum on that page for questions.

rshipley is correct.
In your question you have a total of six 10's.
You can only have a max total of four 10's in one meld (and they must all be a different color), so you will be left with two 10's that you must find a home for.
