Last night we played with the Artifacts expansion for the first time. Epic 10 out 10! A must have!

One game we had two masons. One of the masons had "The Spear of Fury". So when he revealed the card, he had to show his Ultimate Werewolf role to everyone. I didn't think of this till afterward, but should he have died? He revealed himself as a Mason.

Second, with "The Staff of the Seer" someone secretly views your Ultimate Werewolf role. If the role you view is the Mason, does that Mason then die as he has shared his secret society? Would the viewer die? Obviously the viewer would die if he shared or hinted at what he discovered.

Reversely, "The Pendant of Pride" if you show someone else your Mason card, would you die? Or both of you?

With the Staff, you could view your fellow Mason and neither of you would die.

If a Mason had the "The Coin of Youth" and revealed it, it would be an auto-death.

Interesting combinations to say the least. What do you think?

If the Mason says he is a Mason, either verbally or as a result of an Artifact card, he's betrayed the secret society and therefore dies. Poor guy.

If someone discovers that a player is a Mason via an artifact (or any other role), that Mason is fine. The mason would only die if they were involved directly in the reveal.
