It seems like this game, more than many others, needs tuckboxes. Good ones would probably fetch some pretty nice tips as well.

I might take up this project. Are your cards sleeved?

I don't sleeve cards. I can only dream of playing often enough for that to be needed.

Mine are sleeved. The cards are especially flimsy and need to be separated and reshuffled every game, so sleeving is more important than usual for this game.

I have started creating individual boxes for each sub deck in the Command Decks. I have people that come over and look at all the piles in confusion so I am putting a breakdown on the exterior of the boxes as to what cards are in the deck and what type of action they pertain to (Ops, Crew, Combat). I don't have a home computer so I am going to have to come in on the weekend with the decks and input all of the notes, but I should have boxes done for (Dragonshield Sleeved sizing) mid next week.

Were you looking for encounters and missions as well?

I have created the individual boxes for the command decks. I threw two together yesterday, but I didn't have enough time to create any others... YET. I will attempt to create a template and dyelines for the other decks soon. Please let me know what you think. I will upload the 10 page PDF of the boxes today. I suggest an 80 pound stock, as that is what I used. My only other material was double-sided tape.

Waiting for approval on the upload.

I will begin work on the other cases. Though I am not 100% sure on how I will do the encounters, as they are a much larger collection of cards.

Enjoy.

I've finished working on my contribution for this thread. It is under moderation at the moment but consists of 7 tuckboxes in total, for:
-The Federation Command Deck (I wanted all the sub-decks together)
-The Klingon Command Deck
-The Ships Deck (I like having the Federation and Klingon decks together)
-The Encounters Deck
-And one for each of the missions decks: Influence, Combat, and Science.

I will post a link when the file gets approved; as well as a photo when I finish putting my boxes together.

Enjoy!

Wow, big ups to Mrpanicy & Twitch_City. These are great.

Question for Twich_City before I print them out: Are these sized for sleeved cards, or naked?

Hey Dave,

The tuckboxes were designed to fit sleeved decks, specifically based upon the dimensions of Mayday Games' penny sleeves (green label; 63.5mm x 88mm).

Cheers!
