From the Desperation Morale web site ( www.desperationmorale.com): "The 2nd Edition, published by MMP, is essentially the same as the first, except that the text font in the Chapter H pages is slightly larger than in the original version."
Both editions had some minor counter errata, which are detailed in Reid Hutchinson's ASL Armory Files:
